Yes I'm updating for the first time in... oh, a billion years. In my defense I am working full time, not that that's an excuse as most people work full time. But, to be fair, *I'm* not used to it.
New Stargate is out... whoo hoo. And new Atlantis, which I'm *loving*. McKay was always one of my favourite minor SG-1 characters and now he's a main character! *Does a sarcastic!scientist dance*
Oh, and the name's relased for HP6. 'HP and the Half-blood Prince'. I'll bore you all for a minute obsessing over who the Prince is. JK said it's neither Harry nor Voldemort. But HBP was the working title for Chamber of Secrets, so I'm thinking the HBP is Riddle and that JK is just trying to be sneaky by saying 'it isn't Voldemort' (i.e. because it's not *technically* Voldemort but is actually Riddle...)

Right, where was I?
England lost to France, 2-1. But I'm not going to talk about it because it's just depressing. Seriously, two goals in like 1 minute of extra time. England sucks...
I've had all my chemistry exams. They were ok I guess, although I want a decent mark so I think I may retake the module three next year... And I'm feeling guilty because I hardly revised at all today because I was shopping for various things for the horse show next weekend, new shirt, new stirrups... And I went riding. Oh yeah, it's *that* time of the year again... The whole sleep-less, non-eating, asthma inducing exams. ARG. I'm so stressed and my teachers are *so* not helping. I'm sciving off history tommorow because I can't deal with another practise essay.
On the bright side however, I'm opn study-leave as of tommorow (at last). Then it's only the exams... And I have next week off work, oh the bliss.
On the not so bright side, I'm inspiration-less. No fanficiton, no musicvideos, not even any icons for almost a whole week...Current Mood:  stressed Current Music: 'Your fit' The Streets (is that the right title?) |

Yup, I've finally created a livejournal... I've been making LJ icons for a while but never had anywhere to put them. Except my website

*ahem*
I'm slightly freaked out but also kinda hyper. Freaked out because I had a chemistry practical exam this morning. The practical part was easy, just observations. The analysis and evaluation parts were pretty good as well. The planning part was *pure* evil. Eurgh, not even going to think about it. I'm consoling myself with the fact that if I don't get the grade I want *A* *A* *A* (although more likely *B* *B* *B*) then I can always re-sit it next year.
And hyper because I just watched the newest Prisoner of Azkaban trailer. It looks sooo good. It even has some Ron/Hermione stuff in it. There's a clip, I think their in Defence against the Dark Arts fighting the Boggart, and Hermione grabs Ron's arm, then they look at each other and step apart quickly. *giggles*
And the new JKRowling.com site is very good. JK Rowling does the contents herself and there's things like characters she cut out and updates on the books. There's also these 'secrets' that reveal things like an early picture drawn by JK of the characters and others of which I'm not going to reveal for fear of spoiling it for others.
*sigh* Think I'm written out now. Gotta go feed my horse too...
